Normal Stack

List of things I take from time to time depending on circumstances, this covers 80% of what I took/take daily. I don’t list complex supplements (consisting of 3+ ingridients) to make the table simple.

I will also describe my methodology on cadence of consupmtion, how I measure the effect and whether I should stop taking something or start taking something.

All feedback appreciated to my email or instagram (@kuriilo). Would be great to learn about great things I could have missed. To re-iterate, I also omitted lots of things I took short-term or for the sake of experimentation.

On top of that, I do find it difficult to answer when people ask me what I take every day. It really changes depending on what the day brings.
